Seniors cool down with ice cream social

I scream. You scream. The seniors screamed for the Ice Cream Social.

The senior parents put on the traditional Ice Cream Social May 20 during lunches. The ice cream was donated to the senior class by Dairy Queen.

“The ice cream was so good. I smothered mine with Hersey’s chocolate syrup and a mountain of rainbow sprinkles. I’m thinking about introducing ice cream sundaes to Panera after the creation of my bomb sundae,” senior Aubree Gerasimiak said.

The toppings included crushed oreos, M&M’s, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, cherries, caramel, fudge, and whipped cream.

“I thought the Ice Cream Social was just a giant celebration for my birthday,” senior Allison Rieger said.

“The ice cream served as a medium to really bond me to my classmates,” senior Cody Pomeroy said.
