High school dance teams from all around northwest Ohio competed at Regionals February 12 at Northview.
“Glad we got to dance in our house,” freshman Jenna Storey said.
There were three different categories Hip Hop, Jazz, and Pom. The dance team qualified for States in all three categories. They will compete at some competitions before they head down to States. States will take place in Columbus, March 2.
“I’m so proud of the team’s hard work, sacrifices, and commitment. It truly doesn’t matter how we place. If we go out there and try our best, that’s all we can ask for. I will miss all the locker room pump ups, team dinners, but mostly dancing with my best friends,” senior Libby Sadowski.
